South Carolina's athletic director Jeremiah Donati took to the airwaves in Columbia on Tuesday and commented on a potential talent and NIL gap that South Carolina may be facing. With NCAA revenue sharing for student-athletes beginning this summer we ask the question of how USC should allocate the funds. Chris Marler breaks down the projected and proposed allocation averages from NCAA athletic departments around the country and discusses how the Gamecocks should spend theirs.
