Jess Eggleston is the creative force behind the inspired accommodation SABI Stays, a pared back, wabi sabi cabin in the heart of the Bay of Fires in Tasmania.

SABI has been featured in Qantas mag, Vogue Living, Country Style and The Design Files – I mean no biggie – and in this chat today we talk about her incredible journey following the feeling that you’re meant to do something “else” despite spending an exorbitant amount of time studying and working in a different career.
