#09 How to Prepare and Prevent Coronavirus

This week on Vitality Radio Podcast, Jared rants about the continued frenzy surrounding the coronavirus and how it’s effecting grocery store supplies, canceling big events, such as the NBA season, and deepening panic in many Americans.

The reality is there will be quite a few Americans that will get infected but will get over it just like the common cold. Jared shares the latest bureaucracy surrounding possible treatments, tests, and how the CDC is pushing for a vaccine.  Jared is clear about how the coronavirus is NOT the flu and the flu vaccination will NOT protect you from it.

Jared also offers helpful information on how you can support your immune system to combat the virus through lifestyle and supplementation. There are simple ways in which you can take preventative action and it doesn’t necessarily require the nonexistent hand sanitizer.
