Tom Rowland and Matt Lawson have a shared interest and experience with SEALFit Kokoro, a 50+ hour training experience that is modeled after the U.S. Navy Seals’ “Hell Week”. Rowland and Lawson have both used their experiences with training and participating in these high-intensity programs to improve and enrich every aspect of their lives, especially in regard to family and business.
