Kraft's prostitution case gets updated, Chiefs ban Native American headwear & the possibility of bubble NFL playoffs

We know 2020 has been a long year, but if you can think all the way back to the scandal of February 2019, you may remember Patriots owner Robert Kraft was charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution at a spa in Florida. Eighteen months later, a Florida appeals court has ruled the video evidence of Kraft and other suspects inadmissible under the fourth amendment. Terez Paylor and Charles Robinson provide an update on the salacious story and how Kraft's expensive legal team carved a massive legal win for other suspects in the case as well as a class action lawsuit on behalf of innocent spa-goers who were illegally surveilled. 

Later, Charles & Terez talk about a league conference call in which the idea was floated (and not brushed off) of playing out the 2020 playoffs in a campus or location similar to the NBA's bubble. (13:50)

Washington QB Alex Smith turned eyes this week as he made his return to the practice field, two years after a gruesome leg injury in which many doubted if he'd ever play again. The guys talk about his heroic comeback and how he has won, even if he never plays an NFL snap again. (20:35)

In Kansas City, the Chiefs announced on Thursday they would no longer permit fans to wear Native American-style headdresses, face paint or similar iconography that appropriates Native American culture. One month after the Washington Football Team ditched their former nickname, is this change enough in Kansas City and how will the fans react? (29:30)
