Episode 70:3 Small Cap Chip Stocks (AEHR, INDI, ACMR): Are They A Buy For 2024?

In this video, Chip Stock Investor reviews three popular small cap chip stocks, Aehr Test Systems (AEHR), indie Semiconductor (INDI), and ACM Research (ACMR). Nick and Kasey begin with Aehr Test Systems, where they correct previous statements about Tesla’s requirements for its silicon carbide chips. Moving on to indie Semiconductor, they discuss the company's aggressive expansion, share dilution, complex shareholder structure, and lack of profitability (at least presently) -- serious business model concerns the market seems to be giving a pass on. Finally, ACM Research's reliance on China for revenue, as well as some complications related to its business structure, and profits that may not be as good as they seem. Nevertheless, ACM Research has been making a solid go of things thus far, at least keeping Chip Stock Investor’s interest in occasional coverage for now. Perhaps that will change in 2024.
