Fresh off the news that Kliff Kingsbury has been hired as the head coach of the Arizona Cardinals, Yahoo Sports' Terez Paylor and Charles Robinson react to one of the most anticipated and surprising hires in recent NFL history.

They transition from that to Green Bay's hiring of Tennessee Titans offensive coordinator Matt LeFleur, what Packers fans should be excited about and what should make them nervous (13:30).
