This week Brett interviews Gluten free and Paleo professional chef Allison Schaaf on her journey to creating the amazing meal planning website Prep Dish. Allison grew up in the kitchen, to the point that her family used to tease her about being forced to fill out survey cards when she prepared a new dish. So it was no surprise that she decided to pursue that passion later on as a career.Not only did she attend culinary school but she further expanded her knowledge by studying nutrition as becoming a registered dietician as well. This unique combination of the cooking skills and the scientific health background allows Allison to share some great tips on how to make really easy, delicious, healthy meals for the whole family and to clear up a lot of the diet confusion.  So tune in for another great episode of That Paleo Show!
