Serving as the Director of Fertility Services in San Diego, CA. Dr. Wood's academic background includes a master's degree in psychology, a doctoral degree in biochemistry and molecular biophysics, and a Master of Business Administrator (MBA). After a residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Dr. Wood completed a fellowship in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at the University of California, San Diego. Dr. Wood is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
