How to Know if You Are Ready for an S Corp

Many accountants and tax specialists boast about how the S corporation is a great solution to reduce self-employment taxes if you're making at least 40K-50K in profit. I definitely agree with this message, but profit alone is not enough. There are a few more questions that need to be answered to make sure an S corporation is a good fit.
