Katie Brindle has been a Chinese medicine practitioner since 2002, after graduating from the UK's Integrated College of Chinese Medicine and 2 years ago launched an amazing brand called Hayo'u which takes what she has learnt and applies it to skincare and general health and wellbeing. (You will have heard me wax lyrical about her Gua Sha tools and techniques in the past.)
