The centers in Human Design are unique. They each have their own energy and energetic themes as well as their own not-self themes. Knowing which centers you have defined and undefined can be the key to understanding the energy dynamics between you and other people.

The centers we cover in this episode are

Head center
Ajna
Throat center
Identity (G center)
Willpower (Heart center)

For each center, I'll discuss

Themes + energy
What it means to be open or defined
How a center's definition impacts you on a daily basis
Energy dynamics between people
