People often take things very personally especially if there is not a solid relationship already in place. In this episode we dive into some simple strategies when giving people feedback and what to do when our ideas are not adopted.

He has over a decade worth of experience helping individuals and organizations with communication, leadership, and personal development skills. He is also a Professor of Communication Studies and teaches classes on communication, public speaking, and interpersonal communication.
