This was a HUGE epiphany for me, and it definitely didn't dawn on me until I started trying to figure out why making friends—something that used to be sooo easy as a kid—suddenly felt IMPOSSIBLE as an adult. It took shadow work, breaking down some limiting beliefs, and really delving into my mindset surrounding friendship to realize that it actually had everything to do with my attachment style.
