Adam and Dr. Drew open the show discussing the premiere of Fox's 'Special Forces: The World’s Toughest Test' which included Dr. Drew as a contestant. Adam discusses which of the challenges he thinks would suit him and which he would not be especially interested in. Drew also recounts some off screen action of him and Kate Gosselin in a Jordanian hospital. Later they turn to the phones and get Drew involved in an observation Adam originally posed on The Adam Carolla Show. They also speak to a caller who is looking for advice on his relationship with his mother in law.
