Episode 4- SUCCESS STORY! Heather Steineke Overcomes Chronic Constipation and Weight Cycling

In this episode of Fast To Heal Stories, Shana talks with Heather Steineke. Heather is a full-time teacher, and busy mom of 3 active children. Heather's biggest health concern that resolved after working with Shana was severe constipation that had plagued her for decades. Although Heather routinely suffered through having a bowel movement only once every 1-2 weeks, her digestive health normalized within a few days of implementing Fast To Heal strategies.

In addition to constipation, Heather has struggled with her weight most of her life. She cycled through periods of weight loss and weight gain. She tried Weight Watchers multiple times, increased her activity and tried various fad diets, only to gain the weight back.
