This week, I'm super excited to be talking with two influential voices, Linda Mitchell and Shelly Mattes.

Today's first guest, Linda Mitchell, is the creator of The Sisterhood of Sweat brand. She is also a leading women's health expert, best-selling author, and award-winning fitness competitor who overcame domestic violence. As a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and a podcast host, she empowers women through health and fitness.

Our other guest, Shelly Mattes, is a healthcare entrepreneur who owns Outpatient Imaging Centers. A cancer survivor turned award-winning fitness competitor, she draws from her diverse experiences as a former modeling agency owner and sports coach.
