Kehla shares a small excerpt from a book she's read called 'Quantum Success' by Christy Whitman that gives an example of how we wear 'different coloured lenses' in perceiving our life. When we shift these lenses it give us different access to ideas, memories, thoughts, emotions, etc. in these areas of our life. With this awareness we are put into a position of power allowing us to choose our emotional state rather than being reactive to the world around us.
