Family dynamics can get so tricky at Christmas. Your family know how to push your buttons because they put them there. If you find it triggering and hard, perhaps it is because of what has been set up by our caregivers and the people around us in our early years. Throw in alcohol and high expectations, it isn’t surprising we get triggered over Christmas.

I really want to help you today with some tips and ideas for how you might have a more peaceful family dynamic, how not to get triggered and how to enjoy time together.
