Jeremy Friedman, CEO and Co-Founder of Stoic Equity Partners, oversees the company’s asset and project management teams and collaborates with its strategic legal and accounting partners. Founded in 2020 with Grant Reaves, Stoic manages a portfolio of Self-Storage and Flex industrial assets totaling $86M and 800,000 SqFt across 6 states.
With a rich background in commercial real estate, finance, and investment, Jeremy has co-founded and built three successful companies: Kaloosa Builders, Katapult Properties, and Stoic Equity Partners. He started his career in investment banking in Memphis, TN, and has transacted over $1 billion in MBS and CMO securities.
Jeremy co-founded Kaloosa Builders in 2006 in Fairhope, AL, leading the construction of the first green-certified home in Alabama and one of the first LEED-certified commercial projects. His commercial real estate journey continued with Pate Holdings and Bellator Commercial Real Estate, where he met Grant Reaves, laying the foundation for Stoic Equity Partners.
Residing in Fairhope, AL, with his wife Stephanie and their three sons, Jeremy enjoys hiking, camping, and cheering on his kids at sporting events.
