#995 Don't Wait For The Catastrophe - Harps & Tiff (PT1)

In this two-part TYP extravaganza, Tiff fires a bunch of questions, thoughts and topics at me and nearly two hours later, I come up for air. Chatty AF. Among other things, we talk about the balancing act between protecting people’s feelings and creating safe spaces (etc.) and empowering (and training) the same people to be more resilient and capable under pressure.
