Quadruple Amputee, Professional Cornhole Champ Claims Self Defense In Fatal Shooting

27-year-old Dayton Webber had his first court appearance after police say he shot and killed his friend and passenger while driving. Webber’s attorney says his client was terrified and had no choice “but to act immediately in defense of his life.” The judge denied bail to Webber and set his next hearing date for next month.
