This week’s Moment is a clip with Emmy Brunner who is a personal empowerment transformation coach. She is a psychotherapist and CEO of The Recover Clinic and author of an incredible book called Find your true voice. She has more than 21 years of clinical experience.

Emmy is an absolute inspiration to me. She has walked the path of transformation and change in her own life and has now helped 1000s of others do the same. She is one of the kindest most compassionate women I know.

It was an absolute joy for me to listen back through this episode. The clip that I have chosen is all about choices. My intention with this episode is to remind you that you are deserving of making loving choices for yourself today, this week and evermore.
