From Operator To Implementer Journey
- Bill moved to Lancaster in 1986 and spent 25+ years at Adhesives Research, helping scale revenue from $13M to $115M and launching international markets.

Turning Around A Struggling Manufacturer
- In 2014 Bill became president and CEO of a struggling 95-year-old home-elevator manufacturer and insisted on joining a Vistage CEO group as part of his contract.
- He stopped the cashflow bleeding, returned to positive cashflow, and later discovered EOS via a Vistage speaker and Get a Grip.
Get A Grip Sparked The EOS Implementation
- Bill read Get a Grip after a Vistage meeting in 2016, brought in Hank O'Donnell for a 90-minute session, and launched EOS at Inclinator in September 2016.
- The implementation shifted culture, fixed core issues, and ultimately led Bill to leave and become an EOS implementer himself.
