Chrisman Frank is a entrepreneur and co-founder of Synthesis, an organization aimed at creating future innovators and problem-solvers. He was inspired to start Synthesis after visiting the Ad Astra lab school at SpaceX’s headquarters, where he saw kids learning and working together in a dynamic real-world environment. Frank was drawn to the school’s approach to learning, which emphasized solving problems and thinking creatively.
Frank’s background is in education and technology, and he has previously worked and an Early Engineer at Class Dojo. He is married with three children and has a passion for creating a new generation of innovators and leaders. Through Synthesis, Frank aims to teach students to think like Elon Musk and tackle real-world problems at scale.
