Rosy Rings, a floral-inspired home decor brand, had been growing slow and steady for 20 years through brick and mortar channels, but around the year 2018 things started to shift. Brick and Mortar was working, but not well. So Mike Ferril made the hard choice to let some of their traditional accounts go and focus his efforts on growing the DTC line of business.
