We share his origins; his education at BYU, Stanford, and Harvard; his work teaching at and/or leading Harvard Business School, BYU-Idaho, Deseret News, BYU Pathway Worldwide, and the Church Educational System; and a story of when he learned a hard lesson from the Spirit requiring an apology to his wife and 8(!) kids.
