The NFL head coach hiring cycle is now over and as all the dust settles it is clear that John Harbaugh to the New York Giants is still the best pairing of them all and the hype around his coaching staff could increase after an offensive coordinator is decided. On the other hand, there is basically zero excitement for Todd Monken with the Cleveland Browns and the doomed process should have fans worried. While there was concern in Buffalo that the Bills made too comfortable a hire with Joe Brady, hiring Jim Leonhard as defensive coordinator could make this the move they are hoping for in western New York. Jesse Minter has been met with praise after his deal with the Baltimore Ravens, but the hire of Declan Doyle as OC is a major concern and could cause it all to bomb. Head coach hires often cause big turnarounds and Robert Saleh with the Tennessee Titans is shaping up to be one of those. Likewise, some teams go the wrong way and Mike McCarthy will the Pittsburgh Steelers could be one that goes the wrong direction.
