#7 -Vulnerability - The Power of Sharing Our Feelings

Vulnerability creates vulnerability.

The power of being vulnerable to someone is often untapped but extremely powerful. Sharing those deep feelings, stories, thoughts and fears provokes passion, excitement, empathy, love and vulnerability in return.

Why is it so hard to take that first step? And what does it mean to be truly vulnerable?

In this episode the boys dive deep into one of the three words they stand for as a show. They share moments in their lives when vulnerability was encouraged and when it was seen as weakness. 

They talk about empathy, confrontation, being a listener and the power of sharing. As well as asking the old question..."why don't men cry?".
