American Pacific Management on the Acquisition of Constantine Metals

Earlier this week, American Pacific Metals announced the agreement to acquire Constantine Metals in an all-share transaction. The deal bring the Palmer project within the portfolio, which is a PEA-stage VMS project in Alaska, JV-ed with Dowa Metals and Mining.
