Coaching Lawyers with James Pereira

James Pereira KC is a lawyer and a coach practising in London. He has been practising as a barrister since 1996 and a Queen’s (now King’s) Council since 2014, meaning that he’s really top notch. He is also a practising coach across a number of modalities, practicing under the Libra Partnership. In this conversation we explore how he brings his coaching practice to his work in the law.

James is the first person I’ve met who practices these two disciplines and he does a brilliant job in our conversation of showing how well the law (and lawyering, as he calls it) can benefit from the world of coaching and interpersonal work.
