So maybe before we start with that, what we normally do with guests is have a little bit of a background, you know, for listeners, how you got into real estate judging by the accent. You didn't grow up in salt lake city.

And I've been an entrepreneur all of my life, which literally translated means I have been unable to get a job for most of my life.
