In this episode Dylan Murphy RD, LDN joins Kat for the second time! Dylan Murphy is a registered dietitian and founder of The Free Method. She also happens to be one of Kat's friends :) 

In this episode Kat and Dylan talk about the 75 Hard challenge and why it really isn't that different than all the other "challenges" aka undercover diets. They also talk about some of the weird social media trends that made Dylan do a little eye roll as a dietitian.
