Unna Goldsworthy is an Exercise Physiologist, Educator and friend, who has some weird special powers and an intuitive sense that I’ve only encountered a few times in my life. I love her mix of science, compassion, woo-woo and humour and the way she treats the whole person, not just the body. This was an interesting chat about neuroplasticity, brain training, the physiology of stress, solving problems, understanding the language of our body, healing the body vs. masking symptoms, why you should talk to yourself out loud, spontaneous healing and lots more.
