The immunotherapy revolution has swiftly expanded from advanced lung cancer to the early-stage, resectable, curative-intent setting, and it is radically transforming the standards of care for stage I-III resectable NSCLC. Immunotherapies are now approved in both adjuvant and neoadjuvant settings, and ongoing trials are expected to propel more immunotherapy-based options into early-stage disease settings as well as clarify the best perioperative approaches.
