Grab this episode to hear me break down thyroid and adrenal glandular's. First, what are they? How can you use them? Should you use them? So what is a thyroid glandular, it is an over the counter supplement that is dried thyroid gland of a cow that is placed in capsule form. When used as a supplement, the user can notice huge improvements! The same can be true with adrenal glandular's. When we're working with healing the adrenal gland or when someone thinks that they've been under a lot of stress, I use adrenal glandular's for support. I much prefer using them for support rather than rolling the dice with an adrenal supplement that we don't know if it is going to raise or lower adrenal function. It's just as bad to have high cortisol as it is to have low cortisol.
We must pay attention to our body and make sure we are doing ALL the things...are you eating correctly, are you getting deep sleep, are you lifting heavy shit, have you worked with a knowledgable practitioner that has helped you balance your thyroid and hormones and then you add in these supplements and BAM everything improves!
