Ryan Donovan is a Best Selling Author, Speaker, and Strategist who has helped thousands of people create a life by design, both personally and professionally. 

 Ryan started his career as an entrepreneur becoming a top golf-teaching professional. He then successfully operated a multi-million dollar real estate business with over $150 million in sales. Ryan retired from real estate at the age of 40, shifting from his work life to his life’s work. 

 Currently, Ryan is the CEO and Co-Founder (with his wife January Donovan) of Greatness Journey (The Woman School/The Man School). In the past 2 years, their company has grown dramatically and now serves students in well over 30 countries.

 Ryan & January launched the Strategist program, helping Men and Women around the world create businesses that mentor students. The Strategist program has over 200 Strategists around the world. 

 Both Ryan and January have been married for 15 amazing years and they have 8 wonderful children. They are dedicated to their children’s character and future success by intentionally teaching their children (by their example) to live by design and not by default.
