In this episode I discuss the importance of neglecthing things in our lives in order to build a much more solid foundation of sobriety. Often times we are to consumed with outside noise, car, job, career, relationships etc. If we spend to much time on these things when getting sober, it takes away from the most important part of the journey, which is staying sober!
