A coalition of racial justice groups has released the first of a slew of reports aimed at holding prosecutors in St. Louis and St. Louis County accountable. The group is tackling big questions: What should a prosecutor’s office be doing? What would it mean for those policies to be progressive — not just in name, but in reality?
