Can provinces pick and choose what rules they follow from the feds? NO!

Jerry isn't onside with Nova Scotia and B.C. are telling Canada Border Services Agency they are cancelling their immigration detention agreement.  PLUS Grocery prices are out of control and it's drastically changing the way people shop for food.
