It was great to sit down with Cheryl Taylor. Cheryl is one of the trio behind Colchester Council Watch, alongside Rachel Matthews, who has already been on the show.
We talked about her journey from hairdressing into trichology, and what hair can tell us about stress, nutrition, hormones, and overall health. We explored hair loss, identity, modern hair damage, supplements, and alternative approaches, as well as Cheryl’s experiences during the COVID era.
