Hodge lays out the data on how America raises money differently than other nations (we rely more on income-based taxes) and why the IRS wants you to do their work for them.
Cline, president of the Josiah Bartlett Center for Public Policy, also talks about his recent reporting on the Burgess Biofuel plant in Berlin, a "jobs program disguised as an energy plant."
