It's not lactic acid stiffness, but it's her getting fit. Do not fear, unless it is truly painful or immobile rather than just stiff. Anna exercises in Zone 2, and goes on walks in addition. LEARNING TO SKI Vinnie really threw himself into skiing. He threw himself on the ground in the bunny slope. And then, he skiied backwards. If you can do it backwards, you can do it forwards!
