Thank you for the Life Cycles course, so much has come to the surface.

I see that Shame and Fear have been running the show all my life.

Shame of not being good enough and Fear of what others will think.

Coupled with this has been the huge sense of responsibility of getting everything right including agonising over making the ‘right’ decisions.

I see that I’ve permanently lived in a state of fight, flight or freeze and that this has attributed to my many health issues.

I currently have a health concern and see the usual patterns of behaviour playing out.

Having suffered pain in the body in the past I find myself unwilling to ‘go into the body to feel the sensations’ as you would suggest. So I feel stuck.

My question is, where do I go from here?
