This audio was pulled from a video I filmed yesterday before my practice round for the 105th Carolinas Amateur at Governors Club in Chapel Hill, NC. I haven’t played a tournament in a long time, so I’m getting those old feeling of nervousness again and it’s got me thinking. What are nerves? Why do we get nervous? Should we fight it? How do we fight it?

Here are my thoughts on nervousness. Hope it brings you a little value.
