The Panel is followed by a Q&A with the audience moderated by Dagfinnur Sveinbjörnsson, Arctic Circle Emissary on the Third Pole, Climate and the Oceans.
This event originally took place at the 2023 Arctic Circle Abu Dhabi Forum.
