And then sometimes, I like to meet and pick the brains of interesting, successful and prominent people with a damn good story to tell. Roll on this week - yep this pic is me hanging out with 80s pop sensation Sinitta.
Sinitta has 14 international hit singles. I was basically singing along to her music in the 80s.
She is a mentor on The X Factor and she now makes her own fitness videos.
But one of the best moments in our chat - I thought - was when she told the long and yes, maybe even a bit painful story of how she realised she "wasn't famous any more", and how she dealt with some serious ups and downs.
