Brett received his Ph.D. in social and industrial-organizational psychology from Northern Illinois University. A recognized thought leader on emerging workforce trends, employee listening, and people analytics, he has published over 40 peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers, most recently on data visualization in The Cambridge Handbook of Technology and Human Behavior.
