Uncommon with Rondé Barber - NFL Hall of Fame Cornerback with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers

In this conversation with ReliaQuest Founder and CEO Brian Murphy and Mental Performance Coach Derin McMains, NFL Hall of Fame Cornerback Rondé Barber discusses his mindset that he relied on that helped him become arguably the greatest cornerback in NFL history. He talks about:

Barber spent his entire 16-year career with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was selected to 5 Pro Bowls, 3 First Team All-Pro Selections, 2 Second Team All-Pro Selections, and was selected to the NFL's 2000's All-Decade Team. He is the only member in NFL history to be a part of the 45/25 club (45+ interceptions/25+ sacks). He also holds the record for most consecutive starts by a defensive back. After the 2002 season, he won Super Bowl XXXVII against the Oakland Raiders. He was inducted into the NFL Hall of Fame in 2023.
