Josh Simons has hospitality running through his veins. 

At the age of 21, he launched his first nightclub project as part of his family business, and then went international, operating nightclubs in Sandbanks, London, Marbella and Barbados.

10 years later, he left the family business and went out alone to explore ventures in nightclubs, restaurants, events and marketing services.

He’s now co-owner and founder of the multi-award winning ‘Chicken & Blues’ restaurants, and is expanding his portfolio of food and drink businesses.

Josh has had his fair share of bumps in the road along the way, so it was great to hear about his journey, resilience and how he spots his next opportunity.
